  • Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?

    No.
  • Are you licensed?

    I am a licensed broker with the State of Texas.
  • Can I reach you after hours?

    If it is an emergency, I will respond to a voice message or your text.
  • Can you put the money directly into my account?

    Yes.
  • Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    My management agreement with you allows me to sign the lease. You do not need to sign. If you want a copy of the lease, I will provide upon request.
  • Do you sell real estate too?

    Yes.
  • How and when do I get my checks?

    The 10th of every month. If the 10th is a Saturday, then Friday. If the 10th is Sunday, then Monday is the pay day.
  • How is rent collection handled?

    Tenants can pay online, or in person. Rent is due on the 1st and late on the 4th.
  • How long of a lease do you sign?

    12 months is the standard.
  • How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    Security deposit is the same amount as the rent.
  • How soon can you start managing my property?

    As soon as the Management Agreement is signed.
  • What type of properties do you manage?

    Residential Single Family homes, Duplexes, Triplexes, and Quadplexes.
  • What type of reports do I get and how often?

    You are sent a Monthly & Yearly Statement.
  • Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    The Management Company holds the deposit in a Trust Account.
